Downtown

The area consists of a great mix of older well maintained homes along with several new high-rise condo buildings, scenic waterfronts, and a great selection of entertainment, dining and shops are all within walking distance. The North End offers a  more affordable choice with older homes on large lots, and the hub of downtown has seen a growth of high end luxury condos.

 

Mission

The Mission Area is composed of Upper, Lower, South Kelowna is considered part of the Mission area by most ersidents.  This is a desirable place to live, good schools, higher income families, tourist area, and close to all the great beaches. Many of the homes in the Upper Mission or million dollar homes with stunning views of Okanagan Lake.

Dilworth Mountain

Desirable location, close in but still has a natural feel, set amongst the mountains.  Dilworth is home ot very high end homes.

South East Kelowna

Larger properties, many with many acres of orchard and farm lands. South East Kelowna is considered a prestigeous area.

Glenmore

Old Glenmore is known for mature neighbourhoods, large lots, and affordable homes.  Close him but still has the charm of the country.  North Glenmore is a bit further out, and offers a mix of old and new homes, at an affordable price. North Glenmore has wonderful parks, and basic ammenties are near by.

Rutland

Rutland is an older neighbourhood on the road to improvement, there is a great mix of older and new neighbourhoods. Many new box stores have set up shop in Rutland.  Great location, with ammenties all within walking distance, and close to our famous Big White Ski Resort.

West Kelowna

West Kelowna (formally Westbank) is a unique place of it's own.  Now incorporated, it has grown over the last few years with many new box stores, dining choices, and many new neighbourhoods.  Great schools, and affordable housing make this a great choice when buying a family home.
